Blogging – Not What I Expected

My popular rocky road recipe It’s been almost 12 months since I set up my blog Easy Peasy Baking. This is my outlet for my love of baking and cooking.

Since I was little I liked to make things and when I finished uni and had a good job I started indulging my interest. My baking and cooking has steadily grown over the years with notable landmarks such as appearing on Masterchef in 2006 and mass catering for some special occasions in my family like my sister’s 21st birthday.

I was new to blogging and considered it to be something of a chore when my husband suggested it.
